As Christmas approaches, we’re in the season often called advent, which is the preparation for Christmas, the coming of Jesus; a Kingdom the world never expected. The community centre is looking a bit more festive, as our youth decorated it last week. The banner photo for this post is the tree they put up in the entrance. Ho ho ho!
There’s plenty happening in the community in the run-up to Christmas week, including the Christmas Eve Community Carol Service. It starts at 5.30pm, and we want to invite all of Penryn and the surrounding communities to join us. It’s a joint effort between the Churches in Penryn, and is happening in Highway Community Centre. See you there!
