ColourRiot is a creative community outreach, and was established to bring colour back into people’s lives. All people are creative, whether they know it or not, and this can be expressed from anything to building to painting, music or dance.

ColourRiot was granted CIC (Community Interest Company) status in 2015, and since that time they have run a number of creative courses and workshops.  This year they have been commissioned to paint a wall for Swallowcourt, the care home next door to Highway Community Centre. They are creating a piece of community art work, and throwing it open to the whole of the town to be involved.

ColoyrRiot operate out of Highway Community Centre on Thursday evenings between 7-9pm, and Fridays between 10.30am-1.00pm with cafe serving tea, coffee, cake and light refreshments.
