Hi there Highway fans,

We recently had our all-together Sunday, and the theme appropriately enough was Remembrance. In the light of remembering the sacrifice of others, we focused on remembering what God has done for us as individuals and as a Church. As always, there has been plenty happening as October became November (all too quickly), but stopping to remember is so important.

The Foodbank and Helping Hands, along with the amazing organisations that work alongside them, are busy as the winter sets in, but fortunately some new heaters have been installed just in time! We cannot install central heating as we haven’t completed the purchase of Highway House. It is such a privilege to be able to support the work of so many good organisations. CRASAC (the Cornwall Rape and Sexual Abuse Centre) have started hiring our premises, and so have the Hagar Project, which is run out of Helping Hands.

The cover photo for this post was from today’s ColourRiot workshop; they carry on their amazing work, and have found a buyer for their most recent canvas. They’re going up in the world…

Stay listening Highway fans!
